Lees Summit Community Church is starting TWO different groups for singles. First, we are starting a DivorceCare Support Group which will meet on Tuesday nights (7 pm) at the church starting Sept 11. This is a 13 week revolving support group that will use the DivorceCare materials and have an open discussion. This will be for those either going through a divorce, or recently divorced.
In addition, we are starting a singles group for those 30's-50's called the Mosaic's. This group will meet each Friday night at 7:00 p.m. for a book study (such as the book "Search for Significance", "Boundaries", "Safe People". etc.) The book studies will be presented from a Christian perspective. The mosaic's meet at Lee's Summit Community Church and always start with a meal (pizza, tacos, chicken, etc.) which is free with the option for attendees to make donations.
