Meet other local dad's and mom's to discuss fairness in family law and the equal treatment of fathers and mothers in family court. Mutual support for men and women who are transitioning through separation and divorce. Discuss how to manage your separation, improve communication, minimize conflict with your ex-spouse. Grieving, learning, rebuilding. Managing anger and pain. Parenting in Separation. Information on Ontario Family Law. How to minimize legal costs for Separation and Divorce. Access to paralegal support for self-represented parties. Assistance negotiating separation agreements, computing child and spousal support, access and custody agreements, parenting plans, mediation assistance, arbitration Services. Meeting host is Eric Dormer (B.A.Sc., M.B.A.), webmaster for Everyman.org and a Divorce Coach, experienced in Ontario Family Law. He experienced his own family breakup, and worked through the Ontario Family Law legal system for 3 years. He now has joint custody of his 3 sons, and they spend half time with him and half with their mom. Eric is very committed to co-parenting, keeping both parents involved with their children after divorce.
