Who should come

If you're coping with a separation or divorce and need support, this group is for you! We will start out getting to know each other, and hopefully all become great friends in time.

Why

Not only do we want to be able to support each other, but we deserve to have fun, too! Newly single, or about to be, it is sometimes difficult to adjust and get back out to meet people.

    Hi all! I am trying to decide on a venue for this first meeting. We have some members coming from S'ville and the rest from Charleston. I can't drive too far, especially at night, but would like to meet as close to halfway as possible. I went to another meetup at Park Circle Coffee tonight, on Montague in N Chuck. It's a cute place, and they also serve food, snacks, even alcohol (not that we want to get drunk ;) !). I was wondering if this would work for everyone. Please let me know!

    Hi, I'm Jenni aka Jaye, and have been separated for 3 months pending divorce. I've been married nearly 10 years and am excited to meet others who are going through a similar difficult time, and support one another while getting out to re-learn how to have fun as a single!
