The West Side Animal League supports several local animal shelters. One of my friends, Karen Langston, works tirelessly to see these dogs and cats get a second chance to be someone's beloved pet! The event starts at 6:00P and ends at 11:00P. Cost is $35 at the door which gets you 4 drinks (2 alcohol, 2 non-alcohol) and $1,000 in chips (fake money, of course!). If you wish to purchase tickets ahead of time, it's $30 per person or $50 for two tickets. Contact Karen Langston @ [masked] for advance tickets. Free hors d'oeuver will be offered at the opening of the event. There will be a cash bar available.
There will be a silent auction with items such as a set of new golf clubs, wine baskets and a grill! Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted for the silent auction items. Also there will be a raffle for several neat items. You can turn in your winnings (in chips) for raffle tickets. You can also purchase more chips throughout the night!
There will be 6 game tables (3 Black Jack, 1 large Craps, 1 Roulette, 1 Texas Hold'em and 6 slot machines for your gambling pleasure! I plan on being there @ 6P so if you want to meetup with me there, email me and I will give you my cell number.
