Introduction

I've lived in NE Ft. Worth for the past 16 yrs. Currently work in IT and have been in that field for approx. 14 yrs. I have 2 grown sons. I have 3 Papillon dogs. I have been single since June 06. Looking forward to meeting other singles!

What are your hobbies or what would you like to do more of?

I volunteer as a Big Sister. Great organization, highly recommend it. I like movies, amusement parks, concerts, and bowling on occasion (though I am not real good at it!).

How old are you and where do you live? Please consider sharing your Birthday with us.

I am 50 yrs. old, birthday is 11/15/56. I live in NE Ft. Worth.

What are you seeking to gain from this divorce support group?

Making friends with people (men & women) in the similar situation I am in..meaning around my age, been married before and has children.

What, for you, is the hardest part of the divorce?

Loss of a person that you were once close to. It helps if both of you are on the same "page" and can continue being civil to one another. I am fortunate that is my case and it has made the transition much smoother.

How long were you married before your marriage ended, and do you have any children?

Together 14 yrs., married 12 yrs. We did not have any children together.
